Primarily an agricultural area, many enjoy owning small ranchettes or farms--often called acreages--where they raise 4-H animals, horses, cows, sheep and other animals. Others own existing homes or one of the new-built homes in Twin Falls or in one of the surrounding communities. While it's not uncommon to wear boots and hats, and the preferred mode of transportation is often the truck, we have access to many educational and cultural opportunities. We also have many medical providers, plenty of shopping and excellent dining opportunities. I'm pleased to welcome you to the area and will be happy to provide you with information about the Magic Valley.
